    Business Development Manager (Senior and mid-level position available)
    JAR works with B2C companies to sell their products or services by generating online leads/sales. You will be responsible for prospecting and bringing on new advertising clients within this scope, as well as developing and managing existing accounts to maintain revenue and sell additional programs, products or services. This position is vital to our overall sales success and will be expected to meet and exceed target revenue expectations consistently. We are looking for someone with Affiliate Marketing experience with an ad network and someone with a strong, self-motivated and sales personality.

    Functions and Responsibilities:
    - Prospect, negotiate and close new accounts.
    - Develop and maintain strong, positive   relationships with existing advertisers.
    - Track success of campaigns and recognize   ways to improve client’s results.
    - Develop an extensive understanding of our   services and be able to provide the best   solution for every client. Work side-by-side   with Market Development Executive (MDE) to   pursue new business opportunities and   manage existing publisher relationships

    Affiliate Manager
    The Affiliate Manager position is responsible for driving the growth of our existing portfolio of affiliate accounts as well as bring new affiliates to our network. We are looking for someone with Affiliate Marketing experience with an ad network and a strong rolodex.

    Functions and Responsibilities:
    - Prospecting new affiliates to introduce them   to JAR and the offers available on the JAR   network.
    - Develop and maintain strong, positive   relationships with existing affiliates working   toward expanding relationships and   increasing the number of offers they are   running.
    - Mange new account set-up, traffic   monetization, and on-going inventory   optimization.
    - Habitual communication with assigned   affiliates via phone, instant messaging and   email.
